Lady On A Double Mission...

While exercising this morning at the Hays Senior Center in North Little Rock, AR, their most very accurate weight scale hit 128. Yea! Only 8 more pounds to go. That's the first mission. 

Second mission is a tad bit more IMPOSSIBLE. Been working on the Keiser System ( wonderful for OLD people, like me) for two months now, which is a weight resistance machine program that I absolutely love. Goal (dream with ACTION) is a HARD BODY. 

Hummmm, beginning to think the only way to a hard body at this point in life is probably when RIGOR MORTIS sets in...will keep you informed and surely you will be waiting on the edge of your seat.

I think these sandals are really cool however, I would not recommend them to people of short patience. The straps are built into the shoe and one must pull and tug to get them at the proper fit.
